How We Got Here
Reiwa Sakura began as a small engineering practice shipping client software.
Internal delivery tools were built to run real project work — not as a marketing demo.
Work continued from Tokyo with distributed engineering. Headcount is not published here.
The public site and client delivery workflows went live on reiwasakura.tech.
Tapmi, ShweTap, and LaBar operate as live products alongside studio engineering.
